As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a variety of hot and cold beverages, including popular coffee drinks like Cappuccino, Latte, and Mocha, as well as a range of teas. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and inviting workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee drinks: Cappuccino, Latte, Frappuccino, and more.
• Make teas: Milk Tea, Green Tea, and other varieties.
• Concoct beverages according to specified standards.
• Present drinks with proper etiquette.
• Understand and meet customer preferences for excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and preparation equipment.
• Assist in developing the drinks and snacks menu.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Coffee/Tea Server.
• Good communication skills and customer interaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences:

• Good appearance and knowledge of workplace etiquette.
