We are seeking a qualified General Accountant to analyze financial information and prepare detailed financial reports to maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the organization and its management with essential financial and operational information to guide business decisions.
- Reconcile vendor statements of accounts.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Support monthly and annual closing and reporting processes.
- Comply with all corporate reporting requirements promptly and accurately.
- Conduct research on financial data and review accounting transactions.
- Uphold financial accountability organization-wide, remaining within approved budgets and following relevant policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of collaborating with personnel at all levels within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 23 years of accounting experience.
- Preferred CPA certification.
