Join United Modern Trading Company as a Branch Accountant!
UMTC is a fast-growing distributor with over 30 years of experience in Saudi Arabia, specializing in personal care, baby care, cosmetics, skin care, and medical devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Calling customers for overdue payments and visiting them to collect cheques if required.
  • Managing receipt entries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing daily collection reports, customer statements, and aging reports.
  • Handling credit and debit note entries, maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Filing customer receipts for current and previous years.
  • Confirming balances with details of discrepancies, if necessary.
  • Monitoring customer overdue status before processing orders.
  • Conducting all Arabic correspondence for the branch.
  • Reconciling intercompany, bank, and customer accounts.
  • Coordinating with the HR department for finance-related matters.
  • Performing monthly inventory counts and related reviews.
  • Completing other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 02 years of experience.
  • Saudi applicants only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of multiple bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  • Accounts Payable: Process and review supplier invoices and payments. Monitor aging reports and manage payment cycles efficiently. Liaise with vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Employees Accounts Analysis: Review and reconcile employee-related accounts, including advances, reimbursements, and deductions. Ensure timely posting and accuracy of employee financial transactions. Assist in payroll accounting when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
