About the Role:
As a Senior Cost Control Engineer at Hill International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective financial management through the development and implementation of cost control strategies. You will be integral in monitoring, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with project managers to track and control project costs.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial records and procedures.
  • Train and mentor cost control staff.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop cost reduction initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team on cost control matters.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting or Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in cost control and financial management.
  • Extensive knowledge of project cost management.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
