Join Our Team as a Crane Operator!
We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator to support our vocational training program at the Saudi Technical Institute for Petroleum Services in Dammam. This role involves not only operating heavy equipment but also training the next generation of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-operational inspections and basic maintenance for heavy equipment to ensure safety and readiness.
• Deliver hands-on training for heavy equipment operation.
• Demonstrate safe operating practices and industry standards for mobile crane use.
• Guide trainees in operating mobile cranes, focusing on maneuvering and load lifting techniques.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainees during practical exercises.
• Monitor and assess trainees' performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training.
• Collaborate with instructors to align training with curriculum goals.
• Support external audits and accreditation for crane training.
• Maintain records of equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of industrial experience as a crane operator, preferably in oil & gas or construction.
• Proficiency in English.
• SAG license and Aramco approval as a Crane Operator.
• 12 years of training or coaching experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, demonstration, and safety-conscious skills.
• Professional demeanor and enthusiasm for developing trainees' skills.
