Job opportunity as a Customer Service Coordinator at Dallah Company for the maintenance and operation of air conditioning units
We are looking for an exceptional customer service coordinator to join our team in Dammam. The employee will contribute to improving daily operations and ensuring high-quality service for customers.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Follow all relevant management instructions to ensure work is performed in an organized and consistent manner.
  • Monitor daily operations related to their job functions in the department to ensure work continuity.
  • Implement a set of standard routines and office activities under guidance and supervision to support departmental activities.
  • Input or extract specific information or data using standard codes and databases to ensure information is available when needed.
  • Exchange information and/or clarify facts via phone or in person, acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Prepare and produce standard letters/documents to ensure all inquiries are answered.
  • Receive and record incoming and outgoing mail to ensure mail distribution.
  • Monitor the use of office supplies and initiate renewal procedures.

  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or a diploma in management.
  • Experience of two to four years for high school diploma holders, or zero to two years of experience for diploma holders.
  • English language skills.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Familiarity with information technology and computers.
