In this vital role within our Internal Audit Department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our financial, operational, and compliance activities. Your work will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices while identifying ways to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning and Execution: Develop detailed audit plans based on risk assessments and perform audits to assess internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Document audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and present actionable recommendations.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations through follow-up audits.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance governance and risk management practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal audit procedures and participate in professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of auditing experience, ideally in internal audit.
• Knowledge of internal auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
