Your Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual and overall sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collect data on customer behavior and sales performance to support business reviews.
  • Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
  • Provide feedback and product information to clients pre-purchase.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate electronic purchases and in-store pickup as per service level agreements.
  • Gather customer data as per marketing team requirements.
  • Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offers.
  • Support in-store marketing events.
  • Keep up with all social media activity related to our brand.
  • Drive in-store sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Report on efficiencies and inefficiencies observed within the store.

Your Profile:
Experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred.
