Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and overall sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Collect data on customer behavior and sales performance to support business reviews.
- Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
- Provide feedback and product information to clients pre-purchase.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate electronic purchases and in-store pickup as per service level agreements.
- Gather customer data as per marketing team requirements.
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offers.
- Support in-store marketing events.
- Keep up with all social media activity related to our brand.
- Drive in-store sales and enhance customer experience.
- Report on efficiencies and inefficiencies observed within the store.
