- Gathering data on customer behaviors and best-selling products.
- Strengthening customer relationships through a comprehensive multi-channel approach.
- Providing product feedback prior to purchase.
- Upholding visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Facilitating online purchases and in-store pickups according to service agreements.
- Promoting the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and engaging with marketing initiatives.
- Supporting in-store marketing events and enhancing customer experience initiatives.
