Join Our Team as a Finance Manager at MEDLOG Saudi Arabia!
We are searching for an experienced Finance Manager at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility. This vital role requires a proactive and knowledgeable leader who will oversee various financial aspects of our operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report timely to the Managing Director and HQ Finance team regarding profitability, cash flow, and conflicts of interest.
• Ensure compliance with Geneva Medlog HQ and follow up on audits.
• Maintain up-to-date accounts reflecting organizational directions.
• Develop and manage the Country's Credit Management Policy while minimizing credit days.
• Oversee Cash Management processes including cash flow optimization and bank relationships.
• Optimize VAT and tax structures aligning with international Transfer Pricing guidelines.
• Establish an appropriate internal control environment focusing on cost reduction.
• Identify revenue optimization opportunities and innovate local revenue streams.
• Ensure procurement processes are effective and efficient.
• Manage the finance team and build relationships with the Operations team to ensure optimal results.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 1 year in management.
• Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
• Desirable experience with SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Able to effectively manage, motivate, and mentor a team.
