Almaaly Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to manage our company’s financial activities. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop both long-term and short-term financial strategies.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow and manage financial relationships with banks.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Direct and support the financial team in their tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Professional certificates such as CMA or CPA are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
