General Accountant

A general accountant is required to work in a reputable company, with at least 5 years of experience in public accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with proficiency in English and the use of accounting software and Excel. The main tasks and responsibilities include: • Preparing and recording daily accounting entries and bank reconciliations • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable and managing outstanding debts • Preparing budget estimates and analyzing variances • Participating in the preparation of tax and zakat declarations • Monitoring expenses and revenues and preparing cash flows • Working on developing and improving accounting procedures.
