Job Description:
The company is looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer to join the team, who has the ability to turn ideas into attractive visual designs that enhance the company's visual identity and meet the needs of the real estate market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design creative marketing materials (such as advertisements, brochures, guidance lists, infographics, and others).
• Develop a complete visual identity for projects and promotional offers.
• Work on designing digital content (social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements).
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to ensure that design goals are achieved.
• Commit to quality standards and deliver designs within the specified time frame.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work full-time in person.
• Must not have previously registered in social security (for new applicants or those who qualify).

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our General Ledger, ensuring all transactions are posted accurately and on time. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information for timely reporting. Your role will include:

• Creating and posting recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Reviewing all entries for correctness and completeness.
• Preparing Monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and clearing reconciling items efficiently.
• Preparing VAT & WHT files for the Finance Manager's review.
• Assisting in audit preparations and supporting the Finance Manager with monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 34 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
