Join Our Team as a Coffee/Tea Server (Barista)
At Aj Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Coffee/Tea Server (Barista) to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to serve delightful beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including Cappuccino, Latte, Frappuccino, Mocha, Americano, Black Coffee, and Macchiato.
• Make various types of tea, such as Milk Tea, Green Tea, Karak Tea, Black Tea, and Chai Tea.
• Concoct hot beverages according to specified standards and present drinks with proper etiquette.
• Identify customer needs and preferences to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain a clean workspace and keep preparation equipment in order.
• Assist in the creativity and development of the drinks and snacks menu.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Coffee/Tea Server.
• Good communication skills and customer interaction abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences:

• Good-looking and knowledgeable in workplace etiquette.
• Malaysian & Nepali nationalities preferred.
