Sales Manager for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products
This role is pivotal in the healthcare industry, where the individual is responsible for directing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This position requires extensive experience in the sales field, as well as deep knowledge of medical products and pharmaceuticals. The manager must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and distributors, and provide technical and commercial support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve specified goals.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Analyze market and competition data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide training and technical support to the sales team.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and present them to upper management.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and distribution to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Follow new trends in the market and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements for the job applicant:
  • At least 10 years of experience in the sales of pharmaceuticals and medical products.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the team.
  • Deep knowledge of medical products and pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to understand market data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to use sales management and reporting software.
