What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery and adjust as necessary for demand changes.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure availability of materials and resources, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyse production processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimize costs.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory, collaborating with supply chain and logistics for efficient workflow.
- Manage documentation and subcontract Purchase Orders, ensuring specifications and accuracy.
- Track Non-Conformance Report hours and update job status, providing regular progress reports to management.
- Identify and address production bottlenecks, working with foremen to perform RCA.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular reports.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Background in related field.
- Exposure in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Good Organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Exposure in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tool.
