- Preparing documentation and reports including presentations and correspondence.
- Conducting analysis of project performance under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Maintaining both physical and digital documentation and supporting invoicing processes.
- Assisting in project reviews and preparations for meetings.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Organizing meetings and communication across departments.
- Supporting budget monitoring and risk management activities.
Your background should include:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a diploma in Project Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or project support.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
