Join the PipeCare Group as a Purchasing Officer!
As a part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer who will be responsible for:
  • Handling Purchasing Operations
  • Stores Material Receiving
  • Creating Purchase Requisitions and Orders
  • Negotiating with Suppliers
  • Supplier Registration and Approval
  • Delivering feedback and managing payment terms
  • Ensuring compliance with purchasing audits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on supplier deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Manage petty cash for procurement.
  • Maintain records of all purchase orders and quotes for audit purposes.
  • Search for new suppliers and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Automotive industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to focus and multitask.
