• Performing inspection of incoming raw materials and raising non-conformities to suppliers.
• Conducting re-sampling of finished and semi-finished products based on requests.
• Controlling SOP standards in the production process and evaluating/monitoring deviations.
• Monitoring housekeeping during processes and SSOP before the startup of production.
• Overseeing quality programs, GMPs, and documentation.
• Proper handling of documentation including CCP files (Metal detectors & X-Ray).
• Conducting sensory evaluations and monitoring specific parameters for Global Client Beef and Chicken products during production.
• Supporting the Quality Assurance team in improving the Food Safety Management System.
• Suggesting improvements to the production team to comply with FSMS while balancing productivity.
• Tracking/managing quality and food safety-related deviations along with the production/quality analyst.
• Reporting food safety and/or food defense-related deviations and any suspicious activity.
• Supporting production trials with data collection and product evaluation.
• Creating PPT presentations and data evaluation reports upon supervisor request.
• Managing team schedules in absence of the team leader.
• Managing shelf life evaluation sample collection and issuance to QA.

Qualifications:
We require a technical diploma or any relevant qualification, along with a secondary school certificate.

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Officer to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product tests according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Perform processing & calibration of quantitative solution and prepare reports accordingly.
• Provide accurate laboratory results using data capture forms and laboratory information management system.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving test problems.
• Prepare daily reports during the operational stages and ensure delivery to the concerned department.
• Conduct routine equipment monitoring.
• Prepare Quality Control analytical documentation and reports.
• Understand and follow cleaning and disinfection procedures for all work areas.
• Initiate preparation & standardization of volumetric solutions.
• Record analytical findings and confirm calculations in SAP.
• Prepare approved labels for various stages of operation.
• Monitor temperatures in the QC laboratory.
• Anticipate calibration and verification of QC instruments regularly.
• Prepare COA for raw material, stability, packaging & finished goods.
• Notify supervisor of any deviation from set norms.
• Follow rejection procedures as per SOP.
• Perform sample testing, analysis & reporting for water used for injection.
• Follow documentation system requirements along with CGMP, GDP, GLP & EHS precautions.
• Set stability study samples and monitor stability chamber regularly.
• Formulate Raw Material Data Sheet (RMDS) by entering tested data.
• Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
• Perform any other duties related to the job as per business needs.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine or Chemistry
– 13 years of experience in a related field.
