At PepsiCo, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician who will be essential in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. As part of our commitment to excellence and sustainability, you will support the implementation of the QFS Management System to guarantee product compliance and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the QFS Policy and take responsibility for various quality assurance measures.
- Conduct inspections and verify product quality according to specifications.
- Monitor adherence to food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Perform behavioral safety observations.
- Conduct online testing of quality parameters and report any deviations.
- Support the QFS training program and work collaboratively with the plant team to address competency gaps.
- Ensure all QFS control equipment is calibrated correctly.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or food technology is preferred.
