Job Purpose:
The Receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing visitors
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Managing appointment schedules
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining the reception area and office supplies

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role being preferred (more than 2 years). Proficiency in office software and excellent communication skills are essential.
