Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate easy decision-making for top-level management by providing in-depth recruitment records promptly.
  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule based on the prescribed profiles.
  • Establish a strong sourcing and recruitment plan to attract high-skilled candidates for open vacancies.
  • Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle that covers all crucial aspects, including company culture and profile requirements.
  • Develop and regularly update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage the talent sourcing process by effectively posting job profiles on prominent job portals.
