- Facilitate easy decision-making for top-level management by providing in-depth recruitment records promptly.
- Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule based on the prescribed profiles.
- Establish a strong sourcing and recruitment plan to attract high-skilled candidates for open vacancies.
- Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle that covers all crucial aspects, including company culture and profile requirements.
- Develop and regularly update job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the talent sourcing process by effectively posting job profiles on prominent job portals.
