At JAL, we are committed to providing high-quality recruitment services in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an Overseas Recruitment Specialist to manage the complete recruitment cycle for overseas hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with recruitment agencies.
  • Utilize the Musaned platform and other visa platforms for smooth processing.
  • Coordinate recruitment for domestic staff positions such as cleaners, housemaids, and house drivers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
  • Oversee the visa issuance process to ensure timely documentation.
  • Monitor and update records for proper onboarding and placement.
  • Handle queries related to recruitment and deployment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Saudi National with 2 to 5 years of experience in domestic staff recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Musaned and visa-related systems.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
