Job Description:
The area manager is the technical manager of the team under his management, as he works on complete coordination between the branches in all operational aspects such as sales, inventory, and personnel.

• Achieving the required sales targets according to the company’s system.
• Maintaining cost and quality through periodic meetings of managers to discuss operational problems and ways to solve them.
• Monitoring the training schedule for employees to ensure their qualification regularly.
• Monitoring cleanliness and quality and reviewing operational documents.
• Analyzing sales daily and comparing the data with previous years.
• Fostering a spirit of cooperation among managers while maintaining competitiveness among them.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• The ability to be creative and present new ideas.
• Strong personality in managing the team.
• Fluency in English.
