Team Yamama is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the IT sector based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in IT.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
