Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market – EPC & Retail.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through market information and sales organization insights.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs and promote ABB's complete product/systems/services offering.
- Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Provide guidance to the teams and seek knowledge for personal development and mentoring.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Sales/Marketing/Business.
- Solid knowledge of working with EPCs for EWA and a strong customer base with retailers.
- Native Arabic with excellent/very good English.
