About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Promote products in the assigned area to meet sales targets and execute the sales strategy.
- Maintain and expand customer relations, ensuring an updated customer portfolio using the ERP system.
- Visit existing and potential customers to assess their needs and collaborate with the Operations team to develop customized solutions.
- Assist in creating sales offers and negotiate terms with customers, adhering to company pricing policies.
- Manage all facets of the sales process from connecting with customers to following up on sales through to payment.
- Create awareness of products and services in the area to increase market share and revenue streams.
- Attend to commercial management tasks and effectively resolve customer issues as they arise.
- Develop and implement a Commercial Action Plan with your Commercial Director.
Key Performance Indicators
- Provide daily reports and participate in monthly/weekly performance reviews with line management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets within agreed timelines.
- Add new customers each month and maintain a list of potential clients.

Requirements
- Requires 0-1 Year experience
