Join Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kano Group as a Sales and Customer Relations Specialist!

This position carries important responsibilities aimed at strengthening relationships with all stakeholders and customers. This role has been designed to contribute to the development of long and short-term strategies to enhance their management and provide a variety of services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage customer relationships efficiently.
  • Implement the 90-day focus plan and report the results to the quality department.
  • Reduce the collection period and decrease overdue payments.
  • Ensure smooth operations and plan for emergencies when needed.
  • Provide recommendations regarding training programs for relevant staff.
  • Increase employee satisfaction through improved performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage the ISO quality program across execution sites.
  • Generate management information reports and present them periodically.
  • Attend meetings when called by senior management.

Job Requirements:
  • A degree in tourism or any other relevant specialty.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing profit centers related to logistics or distribution.
  • Strong skills in sales, customer care, time management, crisis resolution, as well as managerial skills.
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national and familiar with the job responsibilities.
