Job Description: You will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring workplaces to guard against theft and vandalism. You should have the ability to monitor entry points and maintain order.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring the entry and exit operations to the facility.
• Verifying the identity of suppliers and visitors.
• Logging in and providing the necessary permits.
• Checking doors and windows and patrolling throughout the facility.
• Responding immediately to alarms and investigating incidents.
• Adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• High school level at a minimum.

Skills:

• Familiarity with security regulations (advanced).
• Ability to communicate in Arabic (advanced).
• Beginner level in English is an advantage.

Job Details: The work system requires you to work in morning and evening shifts.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our General Ledger, ensuring all transactions are posted accurately and on time. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information for timely reporting. Your role will include:

• Creating and posting recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Reviewing all entries for correctness and completeness.
• Preparing Monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and clearing reconciling items efficiently.
• Preparing VAT & WHT files for the Finance Manager's review.
• Assisting in audit preparations and supporting the Finance Manager with monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 34 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
