Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer experience initiatives in the store.
  • Plan team member succession.
  • Enhance talent through on-the-job training.
  • Oversee daily store operations.
  • Support customers and ensure policy compliance.
  • Promote loyalty programs and increase sales.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality or treated as a Saudi citizen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
