As a Store Keeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's organization and inventory management to ensure that all company requirements are met efficiently. Your dedication and meticulousness will contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan storage requirements and conditions at assigned stores.
• Prepare work schedules for staff to ensure continuous coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventories, shortages, expenditures, and goods received or issued.
• Receive materials as per purchase orders and issue records for semi-finished products.
• Organize the store while ensuring a neat and tidy environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management as required.

Competency Requirements:

• Communication: Establish strong communication channels and manage conflicts effectively.
• Character: Exhibit integrity and respect in all dealings.
• Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships across all levels of staff.
• Safety: Adhere to safety procedures and protocols diligently.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in storekeeping.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be mobile and able to navigate a manufacturing environment.
