About the Role
As an Assembly Supervisor at Hitachi Energy, you will play a key role in our High Voltage Business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the assembly of GIS components and modules, ensuring high-quality output within a lean production environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, repair, and routine tests of GIS bays and related components.
  • Meet production orders and maintain high performance in quality, cost, and delivery time.
  • Conduct self-checks and confirm work package results on assigned checklists.
  • Provide feedback and support improvements from local service center engineers.
  • Maintain factory equipment and ensure continuous calibration.
  • Implement quality control processes and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and follow safety and quality guidelines.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 45 years of experience in production facility (assembly & testing).
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
