• Develop and implement efficient inventory strategies for raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and finished goods.
• Oversee inventory management using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Optimize storage, handling, and distribution processes across multiple warehouse locations.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and transportation teams for smooth operations.
• Lead and mentor warehouse teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security in operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance and cost reduction strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse & inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP & WMS systems.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is required.

About the Job
In the role of Warehouse Manager at CAF, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the management of materials within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with end-users and internal customers to gather annual demand for spare parts.
• Establishing replenishment plans considering lead time and safety stock.
• Monitoring and managing materials stock levels regularly.
• Reviewing purchase requisitions and adjusting quantities as necessary.
• Implementing processes to minimize inventory costs while maximizing working capital.
• Conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring the integrity of the stock management system.
• Preparing monthly reports and ensuring compliance with departmental KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory planning.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in process improvement is desirable.
