About the Job
In the role of Warehouse Manager at CAF, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the management of materials within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating with end-users and internal customers to gather annual demand for spare parts.
  • Establishing replenishment plans considering lead time and safety stock.
  • Monitoring and managing materials stock levels regularly.
  • Reviewing purchase requisitions and adjusting quantities as necessary.
  • Implementing processes to minimize inventory costs while maximizing working capital.
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and ensuring the integrity of the stock management system.
  • Preparing monthly reports and ensuring compliance with departmental KPIs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory planning.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in process improvement is desirable.
