Job Description - Warehouse Keeper

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our team at the Renewable Energy Petrochemical Factory Cold. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, safety compliance, and maintaining the organization of our warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods; organize and categorize products for efficient storage and retrieval; regularly perform physical inventory counts.
• Storage and Organization: Ensure products are stored safely and securely using appropriate methods to maximize warehouse space; implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately; prepare orders for shipment with proper packaging; coordinate with shipping teams for on-time deliveries.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections of stored goods; report quality issues; implement measures to maintain product quality.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations; report safety hazards promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions; generate reports on inventory status.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment; assist in forecasting inventory needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse staff; assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean warehouse environment; ensure work areas are free from clutter.
• Security Measures: Implement measures to prevent theft; monitor access to warehouse facilities.
• Adherence to Company Policies: Follow company policies and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Entry-level experience (Less than 1 to 3 years)
