Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will execute all warehouse activities including:

• Receiving production/DC Inbounds
• Picking Orders
• Loading and Offloading
• Cleaning and Arranging

Your position will involve accurate receiving through HHT devices and ensuring proper visual inspections upon intake. You'll coordinate closely with production teams, aggregate goods based on sales documents, and assist in physical counts and housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess the ability to read and write and have experience operating HHT devices. We value teamwork and dedication to excellence in warehouse operations.

• Perform daily truck checks before and after operations.
• Load goods as assigned by dispatcher or foreman.
• Report any truck abnormalities to dispatcher or foreman and send to workshop for repairs.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted on schedule.
• Check that tools and materials are always available with the truck.
• Secure and protect loads before leaving the area.
• Ensure the truck is locked and in a safe area after duty.
• Observe proper road courtesy as per government rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions related to duties.
• Report damaged PPE or unsafe equipment promptly.
• Maintain PPEs in good, workable conditions.
• Avoid horseplay and abuse of safety devices.
• Report any accidents or hazardous conditions immediately.
• Attend planned safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to say "NO" to unsafe work situations.

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Deliver materials as per the designated schedule.
• Keep the dispatcher informed of delivery progress.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• 46 years of relevant experience in truck maintenance and operation.
• Heavy Vehicle Driver's License.
• Age between 2535 years.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
