Information Systems Analyst

Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:
• Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data related to system performance and improving it periodically to ensure achieving organizational goals.
• Preparing periodic reports and charts to illustrate the results of the analysis.
2. System Development:
• Working on developing data analysis systems and providing recommendations to improve system efficiency and performance.
• Collaborating with the IT team to ensure that the system is updated in line with business needs.
3. Site Supervision:
• Coordinating with the team on site to ensure accurate data collection according to the specified standards.
• Monitoring the implementation of operations according to the established plans and ensuring that the systems comply with the directives and requirements.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensuring the accuracy and validity of the data being collected and analyzed.
• Proposing solutions when any defect or error in the data is discovered.
5. Training and Support:
• Providing training and support for new users on data analysis systems.
• Providing clear guidelines on how to use the systems to collect and analyze data effectively.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Preparing documents and clear guidelines for using the system, along with reporting to management on system performance and effectiveness.
• Documenting all modifications and updates made to the system.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related field.
• Practical experience in data analysis and information systems design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams within the company.
