Job Description for Installation Engineer
1. Equipment Installation: Responsible for the installation of smart lock equipment. Ensure that the equipment is installed correctly according to design requirements and technical standards.
2. Construction Management: During the installation process, is responsible for the progress of construction and quality, ensuring that the installation process complies with specifications and relevant safety standards.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation process, resolve technical issues encountered during the installation process, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Commissioning and Testing: After completion of installation, commissioning and testing to ensure that the equipment can operate normally and meet design requirements. Adjust and optimize parameters to ensure that the equipment's performance is optimal.
5. Safety Management: During the installation process, comply with safety regulations to ensure the safety of the workplace and employees. Identify potential safety hazards and address them in a timely manner to prevent accidents.
6. Documentation: Record the installation process to ensure that the project has comprehensive technical documentation support.
7. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback on installation progress, provide usage guidance, and ensure that customers can use and maintain the equipment properly.
8. After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales maintenance support, address equipment failures that occur after installation, carry out regular inspections and maintenance, and ensure stable long-term operation of the equipment.
