Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH).
In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic management and oversight of JHAH’s digital marketing assets, including the website, social media platforms, CRM tools, and performance marketing initiatives. Your collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications will be essential in aligning digital strategies with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, SEO, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategies: Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance online engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work together with various functions to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with organizational goals.

Operational Support:
  • Review and approve digital marketing plans for consistency with strategic goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues across digital channels.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Media; Master’s preferred.
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with healthcare clients.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic is preferred.
