About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in establishing our hotel’s standards and practices during this exciting pre-opening phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and monitoring performance.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
  • Train staff on cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments for overall hotel operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping experience, with 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and high standards commitment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
