We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to be part of the pre-opening team at SLS The Red Sea. SLS Hotels, under Ennismore, is launching an extraordinary project aimed at providing a luxurious experience for guests. This stunning resort features 150 luxurious rooms, a selection of seven distinct Food & Beverage outlets, and a serene spa sanctuary. Here, we aim to cater to both adults seeking relaxation and families looking for adventure.

Job Summary:
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing supplies.
  • Sanitize bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and empty trash bins.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
  • Certification in hospitality sales.
