• Implement direct purchasing operations and prepare tenders.
• Collect supply offers and form bid study teams.
• Receive purchases and match quantities and specifications.
• Audit financial claims related to purchases and provide work reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management (PMI) and Professional Salesman Certificate (CAME - PSC) are preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required Skills:

• Order acceptance and inspection.
• Logistical understanding and product specifications.
• Report and forecasting skills.
