About the Project:SLS The Red Sea aims to redefine luxury with 150 elegant rooms and multiple dining options, ensuring a fantastic experience for both adults and families. This resort promises extraordinary experiences tailored for all ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Executive Committee members to ensure financial targets and service standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic goals for Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations.
- Inspire and mentor department heads to foster a collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with luxury service standards.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
- Manage budgets ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead talent acquisition and development to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of luxury hotel operations experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
- Experience with 5-star luxury standards.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
