As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the hotel property, guests, colleagues, and assets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 5-star hotel that is strategically located in the heart of North Hail city. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patrolling designated areas of the hotel property to deter and detect security breaches.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarms to identify suspicious activities.
• Conducting regular security checks of access points, doors, and windows.
• Responding to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies as needed.
• Enforcing safety and security regulations and policies.
• Assisting in providing directions and assistance to guests and colleagues.
• Maintaining accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Reporting any security concerns, incidents, or breaches to the security supervisor.
• Collaborating with the security team to maintain a secure environment.
• Participating in security training and drills to enhance security skills.
• Monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas of the hotel.
• Providing support during events and gatherings to ensure security.

About the Project:
SLS The Red Sea aims to redefine luxury with 150 elegant rooms and multiple dining options, ensuring a fantastic experience for both adults and families. This resort promises extraordinary experiences tailored for all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Executive Committee members to ensure financial targets and service standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategic goals for Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations.
• Inspire and mentor department heads to foster a collaborative culture.
• Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with luxury service standards.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Manage budgets ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead talent acquisition and development to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of luxury hotel operations experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Experience with 5-star luxury standards.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
