The Role: As an Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Project Director, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other divisions under Project Delivery. Your coordination skills will ensure that project activities align with the execution plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ERP system tasks, preferably with SAP knowledge, especially in Materials Management.
  • Utilize document control platforms like Aconex.
  • Process Saudi Aramco ID and understanding of related systems.
  • Prepare Services Purchase Requests, Materials Requisitions, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings and documentation management.
  • Participate in team event planning.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in SharePoint management is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
