We're looking for a committed and skilled Branch Manager to lead our operations in جازان. In this role, you will participate in setting and preparing branch goals according to the strategies of the organization. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the branch's administrative operations in line with the approved operational plans and executive programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in setting specific plans and objectives for the branch that align with the organizational priorities and objectives, ensuring that effective frameworks are in place to measure the achievement of these goals.
  • Develop detailed plans, programs, and projects for the branch, monitoring their execution to ensure optimal outputs and high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee operational processes and procedures at the branch, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Supervise the performance of branch employees, managing HR programs aimed at evaluating, developing, motivating, and retaining them.
  • Build working relationships with external partners and coordinate collaborative projects, ensuring effective communication channels for high-level integration among branch departments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition or Therapeutic Nutrition.
  • Advanced conversational skills in Arabic.
  • Strong advanced skills in management, organization, and supervision.
  • Ability to handle responsibility and work efficiently.

Job Nature:
You will be working six days a week with morning shifts and a competitive salary starting at 5590 SR or more. This position is available for both males and females and is located in العارضة.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
