As the Support Services Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer service and efficiency within our JIGPC operations in Jīzān. With leadership over a team of 40 staff managing logistics and transportation for approximately 400 personnel and a fleet of 250 vehicles, you will ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee updates to support service practices in line with environmental policies and regulations.
- Define and manage key performance metrics to evaluate service factors.
- Provide leadership and ensure team readiness to meet organizational goals.
- Hire, train, and develop your team, fostering a collaborative multi-locational atmosphere.
- Utilize performance management programs to align personal performance with company objectives.
- Maintain communication and ensure a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and proactively manage workplace issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, logistics, or related fields.
- 15 years of experience in operations and logistics, with a minimum of 10 years in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and data analysis for decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills in fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of industry trends in the oil and gas sector.
