About the Role:
You will be responsible for performing maintenance activities on company assets under supervision. You'll ensure safety and quality standards are met while conducting an initial review and signing off on completed tasks using our IT systems.
Your Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Create and maintain a productive working environment focused on safety.
- Escalate issues that may affect the validity or cost of work.
- Review tasks and consult with supervisors to determine effective approaches.
- Monitor and commission plants and systems.
- Manage work orders that require major facility shutdowns.
- Perform troubleshooting on equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, and conveyor belts.
- Participate in preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
- Train and guide trainees to develop skilled technicians for the future.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and reading blueprints.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle lubrication systems and schedules.
