The ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service (preferably in the furniture or decor sector) and possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. You should be able to interact with customers professionally, pay attention to details, and have excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing advice and information about available products.
• Sales Achievements: Achieve specified sales targets, present promotional offers, close deals, and assist in the payment process.
• Technical Support: Respond to product inquiries and help customers choose suitable products based on their needs.
• Order Follow-Up: Track order statuses and provide updates to customers ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer views and provide them to management to improve services and products.

Qualifications:
