About the Role:
As the Supervisor, you will:
  • Oversee a team of security personnel to maintain effective business operations.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and manage your team.
  • Apply problem-solving capabilities to address complex security challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Implement knowledge of security protocols, including risk assessment and emergency response.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills to handle tasks efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma level education or higher.
  • 5 years of experience with a Diploma or 7 years with a High School Certificate, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role in Security Management.
  • Preferred qualifications include a certificate in security or a related field.
  • Experience with HCIS requirements is a plus.
