Ninja is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be charged with building and maintaining relationships with potential partner restaurants and driving sales to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about delivering value to partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new partner restaurants through various research methods and networking channels.
  • Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Ninja's offerings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential partners.
  • Negotiate terms of partnership agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
